| LOCOMOTIVES ARE SOLD IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: | |

| AS-IS | No or minimal mechanical or cosmetic work has been done to the unit. The unit may need cosmetic or mechanical work and it may or may not be fit for service. Inversely, the locomotive may be in fantastic shape, not requiring any work to be completed. |
| QUALIFIED | The locomotive has undergone a least one FRA inspection, all components and systems have been completely checked and all issues resolved. The locomotive comes with a fresh or low-hour FRA inspection card. These locomotives are ready for immediate service. |
| REMANUFACTURED: | Remanufactured locomotives vary across the board. Typically the rebuild is tailored to the specific locomotive or process/implements. Normally, a remanufactured locomotive is equipped with a "0" Hour components. These tend to include a rebuilt/new engine, generator, wheels and traction motors. All inspections have been performed and the locomotive is ready for immediate service. |

Interested in seeing what an available locomotive looks like up close? At the customer’s request they may inspect the locomotive. Inspections may be done by the customer or by a third party inspector of the customers choosing. Inspections must be cleared by our offices before they may commence. All inspections must be cleared for safety reasons, no exceptions. |
| PURCHASING OR LEASING THE LOCOMOTIVE |
